ConsNeed to buy extra parts to make it work with Shimano levers

ProsPuts levers in a good place for touring / Audax

Very good now I’ve worked out how to fit them. Puts the downtube levers in a more accessible place.

Need to use 2 of these to make them work with Shimano downtube levers, these replace the curved covers for steel bikes:

Will this accommodate Dia-Compe ENE Down Tube Shifters - Power Ratchet Friction Control SJS Cycles part number: 38083? Thank you

We have not attempted this in the past so I cannot confirm with 100% certainty but I can see nothing that will stop this combination from working. SK 27/03/23

Will this fit a 1 1/8"" or 28.6mm A type stem?

Unfortunately this wouldnt fit an Ahead stem, this is designed to fit to a stem with a 22.2mm diameter.
