This little goodie allows you to mount any SRAM underbar trigger shifter to a 31.8 mm dropbar. Why do you need this? Doesn't SRAM make their own road shifter? Well, yes they do but none of them are compatible with the awesome 10-42 spread found on their mountain 1x drivetrains. That's why.

PLEASE NOTE: Only fits to Sram's MTB shifters that have a removable handlebar clamp (XX1, X01, EX1 ETC.)

Can i use this clamp with 10 speed double tap?

Hi,

The flat bar double tap shifters do have a removable bar clamp so they may work with the Paul adaptor, but the design is different to the rest of Sram's shifters and as we haven't tested with the double tap shifters we unfortunately cannot say for sure.

Will this work with X5 Trigger shifters (9 speed version)...The mounting design suggests not

Unfortunately not, its only on the higher end shifters that they feature the removable handlebar clamp.
