Will this be suitable for the Cervelo P5 disc?

The manufacturer does not list the P5 Disc in it's finder, I would advise this is not compatible.

I’m desperate for a new non-RAT mech hanger for Cervelo S series, do your know when/if this might be available anytime soon?

Cervelo code is DRH-RAT. Does it include the nut?
We do not have the RAT ones sorry!

Does this fit the Focus Izalco Max frame which has RAT thru axle?

This will not fit, checking the WheelsMFG website I cannot see a hanger for your bike, its best to contact a Focus dealer / Focus.
