Annoying that Shimano bleed kits don’t come with this as standard. But once you know what you needed very cheap addition that make the job relatively easy. Sjscycles ordering and dispatch was quick and efficient even during coronavirus lockdown.

I have the basic Shimano bleed kit with funnel but need something to make the funnel fit.

no, you just need Shimano SM-DISC BR-M575 Disc Brake Bleeding Kit (SJS Cycles part number : 20048), not this extender

As far as I can see from https://si.shimano.com/pdfs/dm/DM-RADBR01-03-ENG.pdf the funnel adapter is the same, but I just wanted check.
