These are only handlebar grips, not grip shifters. They are shorter to work with grip shifters.

What is the sizing for the small and large sizes

Hi,
With these grips you should be able to push the bar end plug out allowing you to be able to fit a bar end mirror inside of it. The sizing is with the diameter as well as the size of the palm support. We would however recommend the large size to almost everybody, with the only exception being children and people with very small hands.
