I took a chance on these to replace the original, almost 20 year old foam grips on my Brompton. There’s a lot of talk about needing to replace them like for like because of the handlebar diameter and/or grip length. These fit like a glove. There is perhaps 5mm at the end that doesn’t quite go over the end of the bars but of course this is not noticeable in everyday riding. I may try moving the brake levers in ever so slightly at some point to see if the grip will slide fully home, but to be honest I don’t think it’s necessary.
A great upgrade over the foam grips. I was finding my hands completely slipping off the bars at points when navigating the dire state of the roads, potholes, etc. The rubber grips certainly don’t allow your hands to slip as easily.
