Could you please confirm whether the 565 mm width refers to the width of these bars at the widest point? I.e. at the outside grips? Thanks a lot!
Hi
Thank you for your enquiry, I can confirm that the 565mm is indeed taken from the bars at their widest point.

Hi! What is the handlebar (not the clamp) diameter?
22.2mm.

Thanks

End plugs included?
By

I just received this handlebar and I noticed there weren't any end plugs supplied with it. I've noticed with other brands, including the old style Zoom "Brahma Bar" from many years ago, came with end plugs. The openings are a much smaller diameter than the typical 22.2mm of a straight, or riser style of bar. Is there any available, either from Humpert or another brand that will fit? I can't leave it open, I plan on using bar tape and need to finish it off with some plugs. Thanks.
HI there,

These do not come with any end plugs and unfortunately it look as though we do not have any that will fit im afraid.

Thanks.
brakes and shifters?

what brake levers and shifters are these intended for? Can you get regular flat bar levers and shifters around the corner onto the furthest reach location?
Hi,

These are designed for standard flat bar shifters and levers, the curved parts of the bar are smaller in diameter to allow the levers and shifters to pass over the curve easily.

Thanks.
Hrnbar And Carradice

Hi,
I have recently bought a frame and will build a touring bike from the frame. I have already a Carradice handlebar bag with a width of 26 cm.

My questions are:
Is there enough space for the bag between ten two front ends of a Humpert Hornbar Comfort?

What´s the distance between the two front ends?

Regards,
Peter
Hi, unfortunately the space between the end of the bars is only 21cm so these bars would not be compatible with your Carradice bar bag.
