Good ergonomics

I recommend this product

On a 5 day tour, my upper arm started aching, and I found that if I laid my hand more fore-and -aft on the grip, it was more comfortable. An indication that more back sweep than the 20° of my existing handlebar was needed. So I bought this Stuttgarter handlebar. It was easy to do the changeover, and now my arm comfort is much improved. So - why don't all flat bars have more back sweep?

Is this the safety level 4 or 5 version?

Can I use this with trigger gears? Grip gears seem to be the norm
