Is this compatible with the above fork, which is fitted to a semi-integrated headset on a Carrera Vengeance. If not, can you advise which headset you have that would be.

The fork itself only provides 1 piece of information, that is the steerer tube diameter, (which is 1/1/8th), the rest is down to the frame. As we do not have your bike here, and do not sell Carrera we do not have the rest of the information we need to determine the correct headset. We suggest heading to your local bike shop for more assistance.
