Ritchey Comp Cartridge Press Fit Headset Lower - 1.5 Inch - ZS55/40 x 2.8 mm

The current headset seems to have bearings in a separate cage with the outer race integrated into the bearing cup and the inner race fixed to the steerer tube. Will this just replace that? (The upper headset bearing is a cartridge bearing design!)
