Can this convert my wheels?

I'm looking at buying DT Swiss X 1900 29" BOOST Rear Wheel and wanted to know if this kit will fit to covert to QR 141mm?

Can I use this with a shimano MT601 rear wheel

I need to convert my wheel to take a skewer instead of a thru axle so wondering it this is what I need
