Will this hub fit a 9 speed Campagnolo cassette?

SJS Customer Service:

Provided your cassette uses the thick (deep) splines then it will work, if you have the older shallow spline cassette it will not. SK 24/11/23

Will this freehub accept a 12 speed Campy cassette?

If not, does Hope make a 12 speed Campy freehub that is compatible with a Hope Pro3 Mono 130mm rear hub? Thank you

As long as Campags new cassette is using their old standard, the same as what they used on past 10 and 11 speed cassettes, then yes. If they are using the same standard as eKar, then no
