Impossible install

ConsImpossible to install as standard

ProsCheap enough

As mentioned by a previous reviewer, this is difficult, if not impossible to install even when using the Hope installation tool. It appears to be a mil or so larger than the original one. After destroying one I ended up using a bench sander with a fine grade grit disk to carefully remove 0.5/1mm from it's circumference. Other than that it's fine and cheap enough

Consvery dificult to install, even with specific tools

ProsCheap spare

Bought this for my 2 year old Pro 4 Hope rear hub. I was replacing the bearings so though I would replace the seal also.
The latest batch of these seal however sit ever so slightly larger than the existing seal. Even with the specific hope tool to install the seal, this was a pain to try and seat.
Luckly my existing seal was in perfect condition, so I just refit that. This is now a back… and thankfully, only £3.00.

ordered this hope hub seal for emergency, thinking I might break my hubs seal with constant abuse.... still this sit's as my back-up seal, these hope hubs and other part are really durable.
