Consvery dificult to install, even with specific tools

Bought this for my 2 year old Pro 4 Hope rear hub. I was replacing the bearings so though I would replace the seal also.
The latest batch of these seal however sit ever so slightly larger than the existing seal. Even with the specific hope tool to install the seal, this was a pain to try and seat.
Luckly my existing seal was in perfect condition, so I just refit that. This is now a back… and thankfully, only £3.00.

ordered this hope hub seal for emergency, thinking I might break my hubs seal with constant abuse.... still this sit's as my back-up seal, these hope hubs and other part are really durable.

green freehub body wiper seal

hi team i'm dave can i use the green wiper seal from hope pro4 onto a ti-glide rear?, my hub has been stripped n cleaned, new bearings but i was wondering if adding an extra seal between freehub & hub body plz advise, cheers
