I want to convert a Hope Pro 4 rear hub from 135mm x 12 to 142mm x 12.

Thank you for your enquiry, this end converts a Hope Pro 4 to 135 x 12mm. If you need to convert to 142 x 12mm then you will need the X12 version which is our item number 44039 or the Hope item number HUB463N, both of which will work in our search box.
