Can I use this product to convert a Hope hub

I have a Hope Big Un hub which is currently fit for QR20 axle. I need to fit the wheel to a set of Fox Vanilla forks with regular 9mm qr drip outs. Is this the correct product?

Unfortunately not, this product is only designed to work with Hope's current RS4 hubs. Hope don't officially list any conversion kits for the BigUn anymore so we can only recommend contacting them directly to see if they can suggest an alternative solution.
