Hi, i need a conversion kit..

I have a 12mm Thru Axle Hope pro2 evo rear hub, it has a 135mm axle. My frame measures 142mm dropout-dropout. I was given a conversion kit HUB241 to make it fit? Naturally this doesn't work. Is there another kit I should be using or axle? Thanks
