These converters are to make a rear disk hub for a tandem that is 145mm OLN (like many Dawes, Thorn, Longstaff etc tandems. It conerts ANY modern 142x12 through axle hub. They are best fitted with with either bearing fit, threadlock or superglue. This will hold them in place when the wheel is not in use.
