Will these work with a 12mm CX bike fork

It seems the outer diameter (OD) of the end caps of some adapters is bigger than the fork can accept on my Giant TCX SLR2, do you know what size the OD of these adapters are?

OD of the bit that will sit against the fork is approx 19mm.
