Can I use these with D811SB-15 front hub

Manufacturers reply: Sorry for bad news but D811SB hub is not a convertible hub.

Can I use this with D791SB hub?

Hi it looks very similar to axle type used in DB791SB as well, could you please measure if outer diameter of the adapter is 15 mm.
