Hi is this a 15mm to 12mm adapter?

My adapter developed a fracture but it is for a MTB wheel, would this adapter work work? mine has 15mm external Diameter and 12mm internal to take a 12mm maxim thru axle. Thanks!

Will this convert these wheels https://eu.ritcheylogic.com/eu_en/bike/wheels/wcs-apex-38-disc-clincher-wheels to take a rear 12mm thru axle?
