Can I use this with my Focus Mares AX bike?

Hi, can I use this for my Focus Mares AX Apex Disc Cyclocross Bike (2016) bike with a wheel on trainer? The bike has R.A.T. It’s a basic wheel-on trainer with a 19cm opening. The frame’s wide so it’s tight and the axel that comes with the trainer only just reaches through the frame, but not enough to screw the end cap in - any help gratefully received!

This axle works with pretty much all wheel on trainers.

Will I need an additional adapter to attach this thru axle onto a wahoo kikr snap?

Not sure if I’m over complicating this, or I have the least compatible bike (Focus Cayo Disc with Rat Thru axles). If I buy this and replace the thru axle, will I need an additional part to fit onto a wahoo snap trainer? Wahoo sell their own thru axles to fit onto a turbo, but aren’t compatible with my bike as stock. Thanks
This axle works for both 12x142 and 12x148 Focus bikes that have RAT axles. This axle works with pretty much all wheel-on trainers.

You are correct, this allows you to use a bike with the Focus Rat axle system on a turbo trainer.
