I am looking for a an axle adapter for my SL6 Tarmac specialized ?

I am looking for a an axle adapter for my SL6 Tarmac specialized bike which I can use on my saris 2 fluid trainer, however need assistance on which one to use? My stock axle size is I think as follows

Length of shaft - 157mm this is not including the head part.
It is 12mm in diameter
Believe thread is 1.0.

I would appriaciate if you can help
