How long is this bolt, please? How many and what thickness of washers?

I need to mount the chain tensioner with approximately 8mm of distancing washers. I have a 16-tooth rear sprocket which has been converted to the splined mounting

Is this bolt the one I need?

What thickness/how many washers are included?
