I recommend this product

Both left and right hand cones replaced on an old RX100 rear hub as part of a service. Feels as good as new now, very smooth and runs near silently.

Yes, the hub uses 1/4" bearings with this cone.

Are The Left And Right Rear Cones Same On Shimano Fh M475. I Am Going To Need Both Of Them.

No the cones are different for each side of the wheel. This is compatible one for the right hand side for the left hand side you need part number 2458 which can be found by searching for the part number on our website.
