These are the ones you want to refurbish a Shimano R500 series front hub. Do the job, good quality and not expensive If the cups are shot then the hub is probably scrap but the cones like this are more often the problem and easily replaced.

Hi,
I am looking to service the front hub on my Shimano R500 wheel ( WH- R501 hub). If I buy the locknut unit noted above, will I also need to buy a seal ring?
