ProsConvienient package for replacement parts.

Replacement part for corroded freehub and cone. Need to include a new seals. Price is high for some basic parts.

Exellent refurb kit from shimano. I bought a near new Ultegra 6800 wheelset that a hack mechanic had destroyed and fixed it up with this kit and some Dura Ace grease. Simple to fit, great result.

ConsMissing external seal - Expensive

ProsGood kit

Great kit as expected, but no seals to external of hub. A shame as it is easy to nick them on removal and they are the ones that are exposed to the weather and may deteriorate before or causing bearing corrosion etc.

ProsProper relacement parts

Seemingly expensive for an axle and bearings but well made and perfect fit - easy and quick to replace. I only needed to change this as it looks like I left the wheel slighlty wet over the winter and there was some corrosion and pitting to the drive side cones and freehub (which I needed to replace). Good as new now
