Can this work on a short axle?

I have an older AB hub with a shorter axle, believe it's 146. Can the axle on this be shortened or can you supply a model with a shorter axle.

SJS Customer Service:

We don't recommend shortening the axle, rebuilding onto a shorter axle is possible provided the parts are available. SK 30/12/24

Can Use This With Aw 9 - 40 Holes Shell

I'm rebuilding a 1977 Raleigh. I was wondering if the HSX 143 will fit in the HSA 104 shell. And what other accessories do I need to attach it to the trigger shifter?

Hi,

This HSX143 internal is compatible with the HSA104 shell. As well as needing all of the standard hub fittings the main parts you need to connect the shifter to the hub is the cable anchorage HSL759 (SJSC part 19297) and the indicator chain HSA315 (SJSC part 8326).

I want to buy the HSX143 and use it in conjunction with the K518/40 Hub Shell. Could you confirm that it will fit?
Do you have the accessory to use the HSX143 with the SLS30T thumbshifter?

Hi,

This hub internal is compatible with that hub shell. The shifter is compatible with this hub, as well as needing all of the over hub fittings the main parts you need to connect the shifter to the hub is the cable anchorage HSL759 (SJSC part 19297) and the indicator chain HSA315 (SJSC part 8326).
