Is this OK for the X-FDD hub?

I know it says X-FDD (ie the dynamo version) in the description but checking the SA parts list suggests the HSB430 is required for this hub. Which is correct please?

This brake will fit the X-FDD hub. SK 22/07/25

Is the idea that this is effectively a simple way of changing the brake pads ?
