Sturmey Archer Brake Shoe Set 90 mm - HSB282

I purchased this to replace the worn shoes and pivots on my XL-FDD 90mm drum brake dynamo hub which has served me well for the past 4 1/2 years. I had been having problems with the shoes sticking and decided to replace the original pair.

I came upon a problem as the shoe kit shown here has a different fixing for the lower pivot. It appears this part has a threaded pivot bolt which its bolted onto the backing plate. However my drum has a stud pivot riveted into the backing plate itself and requires a starlock washer to fasten the shoes to the pivot.

The new part already has a starlock washer on the threaded pivot bolt which I was not able to take off and re-use (they're meant to be single use anyway) so now I'm stuck waiting for a replacement starlock nut, not that easy to find unless you order it online.

Anyway it should include a starlock washer and maybe some instructions for fitting it to these other hubs.
