Excellent spring

ProsExcellent spring

My step son's bike kept jumping out of 3rd after he bought the bike. One of the Sturmey Archer technical sites said renew the clutch spring was one of three things to do to rectify this. On opening up the hub I found the clutch in 4 pieces. The spring was much longer than the previous one, made in 1980.
