Hi, I need the HSAA 450, which is theoretically the brake actuator pawl sping.

These are listed as Driver Springs by our supplier, the file - http://www.sturmey-archerheritage.com/files/view-167.pdf confirms its known by SA as a BAP spring, you are correct.
