Measurement guide

Is the measurement counting the entire length of the axle counting the bolts and the threads, or just the axle without the threaded bit?

Hi, the measurement is the hub over lock nut width - OLN. 130 / 100mm is commonly found on road racing bikes with quick release axles, mountain / touring bikes are 135 / 100mm. Thanks 07/08/19

How would you use a torque wrench on these with the penta socket? It's just that I've had a few broken skewers from over tightening.
You would need to find a suitable fitting head for your torque wrench, the simple answer is these are generally fitted without attention to a torque setting.
