Heat treated to increase strength without making the axle brittle
The threads are rolled, not cut, for the best thread strength and ease of assembly

Is this axle supplied with cones, locknuts and track nuts?

As above, is any other hardware supplied with this axle, or do I have to get the other parts separately? Do you have part numbers for compatible cones, locknuts and track nuts if these are not supplied with the axle?

These are sold as an axle alone. The fittings are going to be somewhat specific to the hub you are using so we could not advise without knowing that.

Does this axle have a groove cut longitudinally as per the Campag axle?

Will This Axle Fit A Campag Pista Rear Wheel

As the standard pista axle will not fit adequately into my track frame ,I.e pinerello x track

This axle is the same thread as most Campagnolo hubs so should serve as a replacement for your rear wheel, that said we have never actually fitted one of these axles to a Pista Track hub so we cannot say for definite that it will fit.
