- 5 Speed internal gear hub with gear ratio of 243%
- Gear steps of 25%, 25%, 25% and 25%
- Rotary gear selector without protrusions outside the frame
- Designed for heavy duty use
- A356 Aluminium hub shell
- 36 Spoke holes
- Compatible with 135mm OLN dropouts
- Compatible with 16 to 22 tooth sprockets
- Natural alloy finish
- Weight: 2480g

NOTE - hub is configured for use in horizontal drop outs, to convert to vertical drop outs please see downloadable instructions below.

I'm trying to buy and have the parts in my parts list but want to have them built into a wheel. If I pay at checkout they will be sent, not what I want. How do I go about it ?

Not currently as we do not offer custom wheel builds- for this you will need to buy the hub and rim and find a wheel builder to make it into a wheel.

Pashley sovereign 28inch wheel.

Hi,

This is one of the new rotary shift hubs, so whilst it is technically the replacement for the XL-RD5(w) the dimensions differ as does the required shifter and sprocket.

Is This Hub Compatible With The Hsj960 5 Speed Shifter

I'm afraid this shifter is not compatible with this hub. The new rotary shift hubs need to be used with the rotary shift specific shifters.
