Can I use this with the B&M Luxos-U?

Can I use this to house the internals of the handlebar switch supplied with the B&M Luxos-U dynamo light? At present, this is secured to the handlebar with a rubber strap.
This clamp is only for the E-versions of the lights as listed. SK 02/04/25
do you do a 31.8mm version of this?
