ConsWrong name. Instructions only in German.
ProsIt fits. It works.
It's actually a Riese & Muller bracket. R & M make the Birdy. I was, by chance, trying to put a light on a Birdy. Which was lucky. Other Birdy victims will realise that the included instructions are always only in German. The pictures were a bit helpful.

I have no doubt that the part will fit non-Birdy bicycles. ??????

ProsSimple and useful
A very useful piece of kit. Simple to fit. Particularly good for B and M or Schmidt front dynohub lights. Allows the rider to adjust the light laterally or vertically.

Can I use this for a "hanging" installation?

I need to mount a lamp "hanging" under ny aero bars. I haven't got a fender-hole in my fork.
If I put an aero-bridge between my aero bars, I could possibly use this pointing slightly downwards, like 45degrees.
I guess the bolt would fit either Son or the E3? Do you think this would work??
Hi,

There is no reason as to why you can't mount this bracket upside down, the only limiting factor for then fitting a light to it will be the clearance. It will depend upon the space you have available with your bars but it should be possible.
