ProsTakes up less space, less likely to fatigue through vibration
Allows you to fit more powerful lights (e.g. some models of B&M Cyo) onto the fork crown of a Brompton so the light still clears the main tube when folded. There isn't much space in there.

Slightly shorter version of the standard dynamo lamp mount. Works the same, just a little less room used and a bit less vibration

Hi there,

Generally yes this works fine, but you would need to fit it to your fork and your brake to tick that combination off the list!
