Easier To Fit Than The Standard One.

Conslooks
Proseasy, longer, bendable
The shape of the mounting hole on this bracket conforms better to the shape of the fork and fits a screw and washer more snugly than the standard one that comes with B+Ms Lyt or Cyo lamps. This makes it easier to mount straight and even if it isn't straight this one can more easily be bent a little to direct the light just right. It also has the lamp a bit further forward which in my case helped to clear brake and gear cables. It's arguably not so pretty as the standard mount though.

Which way up do you mount this to caliper brakes?

Do you mount this as shown in the picture so the body goes over the top of the brakes or under it so sandwiched between the brakes and the mudguard? I take it that it doesn't fit to the rear of the fork where the nut is.
Hi,

This would be mounted in front of the forks with the arm being at the bottom. If you have caliper brakes this would mean sitting between the brake arm and the mudguard. Please be aware that although in some cases it is possible this bracket was not solely designed with caliper brakes in mind so it may not fit with all brakes.

Thanks.
