Will this work on a 35mm diameter handlebar?

Hello, we do not have a 35mm handlebar in stock for me to test this with, however, from looking at it this should be ok.

Will this clamp firmly attach the bikehut light to my handlebars?

We would have no way of telling, Bikehut will have their own fittings / brackets.
