Bracket measures 9.5mm at the clamp for the headlamp so accepts Supernova and Sinewave headlamps plus thinner headlamps if washers are used.

I recommend this product
ConsNot adaptable between different forks so have to buy 2 versions
ProsLight, high quality, fair price (& great support from SJS)
Great bit of kit - bought to mount an Exposure Revo by modifying it and combining it with an Exposure stem mount. Frustratingly, to use the light across two bikes, I need to buy two versions of this as one fork has a threaded M5 mounting point and the other has an unthreaded M6 hole.

Will this work with a SON Edelux front light?
By
28 Dec 2022
I currently have the Edelux milled bracket, but would like to replace it with something with a bit of 'reach' to extend forwards from the fork crown beneath a handlebar bag. Do you think this would work?
Thanks
Sam
It is possible, the Son Edelux mount is 10mm wide while the clamp is 9.5mm, if you are running a rear light too then I suspect the mount will need modification. SK 29/12/22

Hi, would you be able to tell me the distance between the pivots? Just trying to get an idea of size on the bike.

Cheers
Thank you for your enquiry, it is 51mm c to c

Rohloff oil
By
24 Apr 2020
This oil is absurdly over-priced. I am planning to get motorbike gearbox oil with the sulphur additives for appropriate gear use here - diluting it to similar viscosity with thin oil.. Have you had any reports of similar and if there were any negative effects on the lip-seals (Rohloff scare you with this probable myth in their literature) See this as a test of your truthfulness versus effects of Rohloff's commercia dictats.
Hi, we have no experience of people using other oils in their Rohloff hubs and so can't advise on the effects on the lip seals. I guess you could apply the same thinking to oil change frequency, why annually? I don't ever change my car gearbox or rear diff oil. Anyway it will be interesting to see how you get on.
