Not Waterproof.

ConsNot waterproof.
ProsWorks before it breaks.
I have bought two of these for two bikes I have with mudguards. The light when it gets wet refuses to turn off. The light isn't waterproof. One has stopped working completely and the other turns on if I hit/squeeeze it in the right direction.

Is turning on and staying on when it gets wet a safety features light day running lights on Volvos?
SJS Customer Service:

The light is a basic unit that is not designed to be waterproof. The reason the light stays on is not a safety feature it is when the on/off button gets wet it does not work properly, the same would happen if it was to get wet with the light off you would not be able to turn it back on. These lights are only basic and if you are after a waterproof unit we would recommend something of a little higher quality.

ConsEverything else.
It's cheap for a reason: no flashing mode, not waterproof, not very bright, and the cover knocks off very easily.

ConsShort life
ProsTheft proof, cheap
I have a few of these for the kids' bikes. The switch broke on the last one, and the plastic clip broke too, so I am replacing it. Mounting on the mudguard means it doesn't get obscured by the kids' coats. The big advantage is it is bolted on, so I can leave it attached all the time and it doesn't get nicked or left at home.

ConsRain, breaks,them
I really like SJS so it pains me to leave a bad review of one of their products.
Firstly I was disappointed that the mudguard light did not flash. Even lights from poundshops flash.
The first time I used it in the rain it broke. It will not switch off. I have to take the batteries out to switch it off. A fair weather cyclist may not be that bothered but why would a fair weather cyclist want mudguards?

ConsCan't think of any
ProsLight, Inexpensive & bright enough to be noticed
Good post fit light to my new set of mudguards. Couldn't find any other types which would fit directly onto the rear guard. Nice & light and provides good illumination. Not a bad price either.

Does The Light Have A Flashing Option

I'm afraid not, this light only has a constant light function.
