Length of bracket?
By
09 Apr 2020
I am replacing a dynamo light that has a long bracket that is being bent by a basket attached to the handle bars. This model looks like it comes with a shorter mount than some of the others. Can you confirm the length?
Some of the other models you stock show a long bracket. Can they be ordered with the shorter mounting bracket as well?
Hi, from the bend to the bolt centre is about 25mm. The brackets come pre fitted to the lamps as specified by Busch and Muller. Spare brackets of various lengths are available so you could change them yourself. Thanks 10/04/2020
Cable And Connectors

hi
does this come with a cable and connectors? I have a shimano DH38N0 hub
Hi,

The light comes with the cable to go to the hub but it does not come with the connector, the connector to fit to your Shimano hub is SJSC part number 6476.

Thanks.
Can This Be Fitted To A Bobbin Birdie
By

Hi,

I'm going to get Evans to fit this to my bobbin birdie. do you think it will be able to be attached fairly easily?

Thanks,
Cathryn
Hi, there is no reason as to why this shouldn't fit, you would need to remove the brake caliper first to mount the bracket & then refit the caliper. However depending on the bolt length & the thickness of the bracket you may need to purchase a different bracket, something like our Part Code #4666. Regards, Jamie
