Can I use this with my Klickfix handlebar mount?

This doesn't look like it would fit my Klickfix/Ortlieb handlebar bag mount... I was hoping to screw it onto an older carradice bar bag. Do you sell a plate that would fit the Klickfix mounting?
I have checked and only the mounts are available for the Ortlieb bags, the plate is not a spare part. SK 21/05/26
