Why cannot purchase brompton s bag flap

I live in Thailand and I've ordered once from your shop in Apr. I tried to add another order for S bag flap-union jack but coul not add to the shopping cart due to selling restriction to my country. I don't know what's wrong about this item. I've checked with AD in Thailand and found it is not available at all. Please advise how to order it.

Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately we are unable to sell products that are directly from Brompton due to their contract stipulations when there other sectors that already have a Brompton dealer. I am sorry but we will not be able to sell it to you.
