Consvery expensive

Prosfits perfect and supports (heavy) loads in a lowsaddle longflap

supports saddlebag very sturdy and allows easy acces of saddlebag contents from above rather than behind.

ConsWill need to be removed if fitting full camping gear with a tent on the rack top.

ProsGreat support, unobtrusive in use.

Without a support, my Carradice Barley bag hung at an awkward angle and I was worried about items falling out.
The Bagman support solves the problem, supporting the bag at a much better angle and keeping it from swaying when riding over rough ground.

ConsLowish weight limit, pricey, looks terrible without a bag on!

ProsWorks well, fits easily and quickly

This supports the bag, more or less stops it swaying, keeps it away from your thighs and keeps the pockets upright.

ProsWorks fine

Excellent and essential to keep bag off the rear wheel and retain its shape. Not the quick release version but takes only two mins to fit or remove. Delivered fast.

Hello SJS Is the Carradice Bagman support compatible with the Rolls San Marco saddle?

Is the metal securing clip available separately?

I've lost the mechanism that attaches the bag support to the saddle rails, can you sell me a replacement please?
If not any suggestions of how to attach it by other means?

Sadly that part is not available as a spare part, you will need to replace the whole unit. SK 22/09/23

I have 27cm clearance between my saddle rails and tyre. Is this enough clearance for he support?
