- The Stockport City Folder is handcrafted using only the finest materials including; proofed cotton linings, cast metal fixings, thick vegetable tan leather, leather binding and military grade webbing shoulder strap
- A padded laptop pouch (37 x 4 x 28 cm) is also included
- External zipped pouch to front of bag. Internal zipped pouch
- Fits the Brompton short front carrier frame (QFCFAH-400X260) or (QFCFA-400X260)

ConsRelatively heavy material, needs re waxing.every 2 to 3 years

ProsNatural materials less abrasive on clothes when carrying, very water proof,

Works as a bag for work, the bike and for air travel. Big enough for a laptop, large iPad, small water bottle, paclite water proofs and wallet, keys, small pump, etc.

ConsNo rear pockets

ProsTotally waterproof, black is nice and smart, less sporty looking than the Brompton ones

Plenty of room for what I carry - laptop, coffee cup, small handbag (which I take out when I get to work), change of clothes or packable jacket. Two small pockets to front, one zipped, would hold two phones the size of an IPhone 6 side by side upright.

I have used this bag in some very nasty weather and absolutely nothing has got through - the Carradice special fabric is indeed waterproof!

If you are used to a standard Brompton bag with the rear pockets, you might miss them though. You'd need the next size up Carradice Folder for that.

What are the dimensions of the frame required?

I already have a Brompton bag frame that is 40cm wide and 30cm high - does the frame fit this bag and/or the Carradice City Folder M bag?

Only fits shorter frame?

Dear sir/madam,

Please can you confirm if this does indeed only fit the shorter frame, or if it also fits the m frame?

I note on the carradice website it says it can fit both, but the bag name doesn't include an S so I'm wondering if this is an older version?
