For all models with the QL1 system from 1993.
If your QL1 mounting hooks are worn broken or lost, Simply replace the hooks with a new set of QL1 hooks and adjustable handle. If the new hooks are too loose on your bike rack, use the appropriate hook inserts for a snug fit.
CONTENT:
- 2 QL1 hooks (16 mm) and adjustable handle
- 1 pair each of hook inserts in sizes 8 mm and 11 mm

delivery before xmas

Hi there,
I was just wondering what your estimated delivery times are like at the moment running up to xmas. If I order the ortlieb QL1 hooks with handlebar, should I receive them by xmas? I'm just wondering since I'm off on a cycling trip on 27th and will need them by then.
Also, do you perhaps sell the metal inserts and screws separately, as this is what I really need, not the entire handle, I have just lost the little metal insert and screw set that attaches it to the rail.

Can these be used to convert older panniers?

Hello
Would these hooks be of any use to me to convert a pair of ancient canvas panniers with leather attachment straps to something a bit more modern and useful?, and if they are would I need any other hardware to go with them.

You would need the QL-1 Rail to go with these hooks as well (as this is the parts that fits directly to the bag), but otherwise it should be possible to convert your old panniers.
