Worn, broken or lost mounting hooks? Replace your QL2.1 hooks with a new set of QL2.1 hooks and plastic handle. If the new hooks are too loose on your bike rack, use the appropriate hook inserts for a snug fit.

Qty 2 x QL2.1 hooks (16mm) with plastic handle; Qty 1 x Pair each of hook inserts in sizes 8mm, 10mm and 12mm.

For all models with the QL2.1 system, except for: Office-Bag, Commuter-Bag, Commuter-Bag Two and Downtown Two.

The springs died on the mounting clips on my Brooks Suffolk pannier (which uses Ortlieb's QL2 mounting system).

I couldn't actually work out what the difference was between QL2 and QL2.1 but took a punt and these fit perfectly.

It was a bit of a bonus that they are provided with the spacers as one had fallen out of my original clips requiring me to wrap tape around the rack to fill the space.

I don't know whether I need 16mm or 20mm.
Does the diameter refer to the width of the tape handle or the size of the hook opening?

Hi, it refers to the hook opening. You can use inserts to reduce this. Thanks 10/12/19
