Simple to 'lace' the wire round bars before being tightened into position. Neater looking than its rival but more important, it can be adjusted up or down to some degree, and then tightened more securely than klickfix.. Not convince about a lock being useful but the wire fixture means it takes less handlebar space, important if you have brake levers, lights, bell, etc and may save needing a T-bar

Bought this with an Ortlieb bag so thought the combination bomb-proof. Maybe it's me but this is a very difficult design to make 100% stable. Rixon/Kaul much better, basicially because it's not all string and wire, they use brackets and screws. Ortlieb bags happily fit R/K mounts, so, eventually, happy days.
